The CIPO-EPO PPH pilot project started in January 2015

On January 20, 2015, in News, Patents, by Natalie Raffoul

Under the Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) pilot program, patent applicants whose patent claims have been found to be patentable by either the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) or the European Patent Office (EPO) can request accelerated patent examination of their corresponding application pending before the other office at no extra additional government fee.

Please contact Natalie Raffoul or Art Brion should you have any questions or wish to take advantage of the PPH program between the CIPO and the EPO.
